Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us at Scent Tree. Due to the nature of fragrances and decanted products, all sales are considered final once opened or used.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used fragrances and decants

  • Dissatisfaction with scent preference (Decants and samples are intended to help customers explore fragrances before committing to a full bottle)

  • Change of mind purchases

Returns or replacements may only be considered if:

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item arrives damaged/leaking

  • Claims regarding damaged or leaking items must be supported with clear unboxing video evidence.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo/video evidence, including unboxing footage where applicable.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped or fulfilled.

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed back through the original payment method as soon as possible.
